i wrote :
"... i only wish these IITnz start calling others by their real names, if they want the blog to b somewhere near the word 'official' ....wat the hec calling ppl baju,lesbi,STD et al and saying itz the official blog ...."

i accept that nicknames are a part of college life , i myself am called by so many nicknames that sometimes i even tend to forget my own name . But there is always a limit beyond which such nicknames will sound absurd. i ask you, will it sound pleasant if you go and deliver a welcome address in which u say ' ........i sincerely welcome Mr.FATASS who despite his busy schedule has honoured us with his presence.......' , just because the guy has fatass as nickname ? A few daredevils might do it in a function and a few may even get away with it .....but the fact remains that such an act of prank or daredevil-ism ( call it wat ever u like) only ends up showing the function in poor light ......as far as i am concerned the saarang blog is the 'welcome address' and having such PJz in the blog ridicules the 'mother of all cultural events'

Again guys i am not against calling people, STD, nerdo, geeko,basto,lesbi ....watever .....but guyz please keep it to yourself , an entire city is reading the blog, eagerly awaiting the events so please konjum niruthungaleen .......
